Meet Bill Dickson, Real Estate Broker

With more than 25 years as a Realtor® in northern Michigan, including 15 years operating his own brokerage, Bill has been the Managing Broker for Prudential Preferred Properties' Petoskey and Harbor Springs offices since March 2000.

Bill has been involved in the development, marketing and sales of residential and office condominiums, and was also co-owner of Resort Property Management Company in Harbor Springs for 15 years.

Also active in the local community, Bill has served on the Downtown Business Committee in Harbor Springs and strongly supports the Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce and Harbor Springs Area Chamber of Commerce and local businesses. Bill is a member of the Emmet County, Michigan and National Associations of Realtors®.
